- 50% of the advance amount is to be paid while booking and the rest 50% is to be paid while boarding/on arrival without fail.

- #WTP’s facilities are neat and basic.
- Our stays are handpicked and safe but not very luxurious. Please keep this in your mind.
- The journey requires an average level of fitness to participate. #WTP will not be liable if any participant is unable to complete the trip due to physical or mental limitations.
- The food menu will be a fixed one, as per the Kerala cuisine and standard basis. #WTP is not responsible for your individual taste buds and regional requirements.
- You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks associated with the outings, which vary depending on the destination.
- #WTP may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
- #WTP is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event. (First Aid will be provided i.e. maximum).
- Any guest who consumes alcohol, misbehaves, or causes a delay during the event can be removed from the event without warning and will not be refunded. Such visitors must arrange their own transportation on the way back; #WTP is not responsible for terminated visitors.
- Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
- Certain activities and sightseeing places may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather circumstances or government restrictions or heavy crowds. In such cases, we will strive to find an alternate possible activity. However, no refund will be given in this case. If #WTP cancels the event, we will issue a full refund to all visitors.
